Support Our Mission

The Association of Ki and Aikido of New Zealand operates primarily through membership fees, which cover the day-to-day costs of running weekly classes. However, as a registered charitable trust, we also welcome voluntary donations from those who wish to support our mission more broadly.

Why Donate?

Membership fees keep the dojo running. Donations help us do more. Every contribution — regardless of size — directly supports our ability to:

  • Offer need-based fee reductions to students facing financial hardship
  • Organise free community events and public demonstrations
  • Reach underserved communities, including Māori and Pacific peoples
  • Grow Ki Aikido beyond Auckland and into other regions of New Zealand

How to Donate

Donations can be made directly to our bank account:

Please use your name as the payment reference so we can acknowledge your contribution.

If you would like to receive a tax-deductible receipt for your donation, please email us at contact@kiaikido.org.nz.

We are committed to using every donation responsibly and in direct support of our charitable purpose — making Ki Aikido accessible to all New Zealanders.
